1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EliteX Verify's website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use EliteX Verify. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Description of services

EliteX Verify provides virtual phone numbers for SMS verification, OTP delivery, voice communication, and use as a secondary phone number, across supported countries. Availability of specific countries, number types, and features may change without prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EliteX Verify numbers for illegal activity, harassment, spam, fraud, or to circumvent the terms of service of any third-party platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate this policy without refund.

5. Billing & cancellation

Fees for numbers and add-on services are displayed before purchase. Recurring numbers renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date from your account dashboard. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once a number has been activated and used.

6. Number availability & reassignment

Virtual numbers are provided on a rotating pool basis in most countries. If a number is left inactive beyond the period specified at purchase, it may be reassigned to another user. EliteX Verify is not responsible for messages or calls received after a number has expired or been reassigned.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the EliteX Verify website and application are the property of EliteX Verify or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

EliteX Verify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed messages, calls, or verification codes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EliteX Verify at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EliteX Verify is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of EliteX Verify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
